warm beer minibar restock
the grounds looked nice enough. the beach access met my minimum expectation.
the minibar restock was a complete disaster. i requested some water and they delivered warm beer instead. then, they tried to charge me for both the beer and the undelivered water. the whole ordeal took over an hour, and i missed my chance to catch the sunset. i wouldn't come back.

The room was very clean and also nice. The room included so many storage areas to keep everything tidy. The hotel has direct access to the beach. THAT'S very convenient. I found the location great.
staff friendliness was lacking in some instances. I was asked to settle the room charge WHILE my transport was waiting. The EFTPOS system was not working at that time. I felt unfairly pressured because I had prepaid for the room.
